Solid stay, was so great

the hotel offered a great variety of food options with a restaurant open 24/7 (very convenient for late-night cravings). the pools were lovely and clean with enough space for everyone to relax. the beach was conveniently close to the hotel. i enjoyed the endless supply of drinks and the availability of hot drinks throughout the day.
i noticed some maintenance was needed in the bedroom corridors, especially some paint touch-ups.

the main restaurant provided an very nice variety of delicious foods and desserts for every meal. there was a 24-hour buffet restaurant, helpful. a separate sandwich and cake area for quick snacks. snack bars around the resort were easy to access.

the outdoor swimming pool was huge and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. an indoor pool was available, and there was a kids club that looked well-equipped. room service included daily soft drink top-ups and that was very welcome.

the hotel's location was great. it's very close to the airport, so transfers are quick and easy. a bus stop is conveniently located right outside, providing direct access to the city center (i used this several times).

The staff were good and very helpful. I appreciated being given the duplex room because the hotel was quite busy . I also enjoyed the indoor pool. The fitness equipment was another positive aspect. I look forward to my next visit!
The entertainment options were average. The Turkish night was enjoyable, but overall, the entertainment could have been better. I hope for improvements during my next stay.

I noted the main restaurant is large. It offers a lot of different foods at each meal. The quality of the food was good. I found several snack bars , made getting something to eat simple no matter where I was. I liked the big outdoor swimming pool. I also saw a kids club for small children.

My stay had some issues. The room smelled strongly of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. I got a different room, but it also smelled like smoke, and there were cigarette burns on the mattress! It was really disappointing. The hotel should improve ventilation.
